Job Description
Salary Range - $50,000-$55,000
Overview : We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our Demtech equipment, and Electrofusion Processors, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring all equipment operates at peak performance.
In addition to field support, this role will involve ordering parts, entering service orders, and ensuring equipment is properly calibrated.
Additional duties will include :
Troubleshooting and Repair : Diagnose and repair any issues related to DEMTECH equipment, ensuring quick and efficient resolution to minimize downtime.
Perform regular maintenance and inspections to prevent future problems.
Collaborate with vendors to source and purchase high-quality components.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills :
Previous experience with or knowledge of products sold at the Profit Centre
