Here’s what we provide :

• First 3 months’ rent-free upon signing a contract

• Online billing, booking, and charting systems
• Convenient on-site laundry facilities

For full-time therapists, rent is structured on a 30 / 70 split with a maximum of $ paid per month. We also offer a competitive day rate for part-time practitioners.

If you’re aspiring to manage your own practice but require a room to rent, we are open to discussing flexible arrangements as well.
