- Assigns cleaning and other side duties
- Supervises station and coordinates with the Manager-In-Charge
- Trains and coaches Team Members and supports team for LTO execution
- Completes HAACP log
- Conducts table visits (Service)
- Ensures brand standards are met
- Rotate Team Members for breaks
- Receive deliveries, ensures FIFO and product rotation, track and record waste
- Lead and work with the Team Members in achieving team goals
