Your job duties & responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) :
- Coordination of personnel on well sites and facilities with Operations
- Assist with coordination of equipment and inventory
- Hold professional safety meetings
- Assist in training of junior operator
- Pre-mob and de-mob of projects
- Assist with rig-in and out
- Operate mobile / semi-permanent equipment
- Perform chemical testing and tracking of fluid volumes
- Change filters, transfer chemicals, and transfer fluids
- QA / QC (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) testing of fluid
- Monitor conditions of all equipment within the designated work area with a focus on safety, environment and efficiency
- Minor equipment repairs and general housekeeping duties
Job Requirements :
Experience & Training
- Must possess a clean driver’s abstract
- Must possess a valid driver’s license : Class 1, 3 or 5
- Valid safety tickets; including, but not limited to : First Aid, H2S Alive, CSO
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- Experience working with hazardous products or dangerous goods
- Previous experience in water treatment, completions, or plant operation is considered an asset.
Physical Requirements
- Must be physically fit and able to pass our pre-employment screening
- Physical requirements include bending, safely lifting to 50 lbs, working in a noisy and sometimes dusty environment
- Able to climb ladders and stairs
- Willing to work outdoors and in inclement weather.
Skills & Expectations
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than your current employer
- Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to comply with Aureus’ drug & alcohol-free and harassment-free work environment
- Willing to work in a diverse and team-oriented environment
