I work largely from home with the odd excursion out. Looking for :

• care 3x per week either in-home or at a centre for regular care for our 9-month old. He is still nursing so between 10-1 ideally but my days are flexible.
• on-call care for impromptu appointments

I want to work WITH the caregiver. I understand things come up and if we need to switch a day, I have no problem as long as I have some notice.
