Insight Global is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our client local to Kitchener, ON on a contractual basis. This role requires the successful candidate to work on-site 5-days per week.
You will be responsible for receiving and scheduling internal requests for fleet equipment including trade shows, rentals, demonstrations and service loan equipment through submitted forms and email requests.
Additionally, you'll ensure that the equipment and inventory is prepared in a timely manner based on the pre-determined schedule through tracking software such as a CRM.
Lastly, you'll be working closely with the sales and finance team to oversee invoicing through an ERP system to ensure timely payments of equipment.
