Afternoon Shift runs Monday to Thursday 3 : 30pm to 2 : 00am with an afternoon shift premium of $1.50 / hour.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Weld Flux core (all positions) and metal core (flat)
• Fit and fabricate cranes and crane related parts as per blueprints
• Ability to use grinder, die grinder, oxy acetylene torch, forklift, overhead crane
• Ability to find and repair weld defects
• Keep work area clean and free of hazards
• Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Secondary school diploma or high school equivalent as a minimum
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in structural steel fitting and welding
• Mechanically inclined
• Able to work well independently or in a group
