Key Responsibilities :
- Install, program, verify, and inspect fire alarm systems, access control, intercom systems, and other fire protection equipment.
- Inspect and service our products.
- Complete and return inspection reports promptly.
- Provide technical support and operational training to customers.
- Ensure a positive experience for customers and end-users.
- Read and understand engineered drawings, specifications, and manuals.
Requirements and Skills :
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician in the fire alarm industry.
- Electronics diploma or equivalent, or documented trade qualification.
- Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) Registration or similar qualification
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on ladders and scaffolding.
- Valid and clean motor vehicle license (G License).
- Knowledge of our systems and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are assets.
