Prisma Property Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Finishing & Painting Labourer to join our growing team. As a Finishing & Painting Labourer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality interior finishing services to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Performing a variety of interior finishing tasks such as painting, drywall repair, caulking, and trim installation.
• Preparing surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.
• Applying paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with other general labour tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in painting, finishing, or related trades.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with various painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
