We are a national organization with a large network of pharmacy fulfillment centres that allows us to deliver medications in a timely and cost-effective manner.

We take an active role in working with out home operator partners to promote resident health, staff education, and medication system quality and efficiency.

Your Day To Day

  • Set up, repair and maintain medication / treatment carts, fax machines and other pharmacy provided equipment / supplies with applicable documentation
  • Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone
  • Sourcing / ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment / supply maintenance when required
  • Follow up with parts / equipment sent to the homes
  • Support the onboarding and off boarding of homes
  • Pre-stage equipment such as : fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc.
  • Installation of equipment into facilities
  • Local deliveries and pickups
  • Reconditioning and storing equipment / supplies for future use
  • Miscellaneous support functions as required
  • Weekend and overnight work required for on-call support

What You Bring To The Team :

  • Must maintain a good driving record and be able to respond to service calls within Ontario when required
  • Must be available to attend emergency calls outside of regular working hours
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot
  • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members
  • Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with others in a professional manner
  • Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately
  • Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision and able to work independently
