We are looking for an experienced Family Law Clerk for our client located in Barrie. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy / insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labor law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications :

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified by The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a family law clerk.
• Solid understanding of family law procedures and processes, including the Family Law Rules.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Location : Toronto

Working Hours : 9 am to 5 pm

Salary : $60,000 to $85,000 / annually
