Job Summary

If you’re interested in a Facility Worker, then this is the best role for you. You will perform general cleaning maintenance duties.

Job Description

• Empty all trash containers, collect all sort of recycling, set-up conference rooms and auditoriums as needed, clean cafeteria, lunchrooms and conference rooms, clean outside areas of building as needed, performs other duties as assigned.
• Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Worker could work in Commercial Plant or Foundation Plant.

Skills Required

• 4-6 years of experience.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Education / Training / Certifications

HS Diploma / GED required.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• It would be good if the person could drive a bobcat or willing to be trained for that.
• The start time could change. In this moment could be at 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM but could change to earlier 2- 3 hours or later 2-3 hours Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate / Salary

Estimated Salary : $11.00 to $25.00 per hour based on qualifications.
