Position Overview :

The Events and Office Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and supporting event planning and execution.

This role ensures smooth office functionality, coordinates internal and external events, and assists with administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Office Operations : Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization. Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance and vendor management.
  • Event Support : Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and corporate functions, both on-site and off-site.
  • Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors for office services and event-related needs (catering, AV, logistics, etc.).
  • Administrative Tasks : Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and preparing materials for meetings or events.
  • Visitor and Client Relations : Greet visitors, manage reception, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Budget Tracking : Assist in managing office and event budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending.

Qualifications :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
  • Experience : 2+ years of experience in office administration, event planning, or related field.
  • Skills : Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
  • Personal Attributes : Self-starter with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
