You Have :

  • Sourced venues, including having done applicable RFPs, space analysis, as well as option reviews and presentations of recommendations
  • Coordinated event logistics (food and beverage selection, audio-video requirements, room orientations, accessibility, etc.)
  • Prepared budget estimates for vendor costs, inclusive of monitoring and reconciling applicable invoices
  • Managed meeting registrations
  • Booked rooms, and provided hybrid support for larger conferences and / or virtual events
