Brookes Westshore School is currently looking for two part-time evening Housekeepers to join our team. The Housekeeper works to ensure the cleanliness of the campus and follows Health and Safety Protocols.

This position is responsible for a variety of housekeeping duties that include maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

As well as other needs that arise from time to time.

What we Offer :

Available Shift : Sunday-Thursday 7 : 00pm to 11 : 00pm

Potential Start Date : As soon as possible

Wage : $20.00 an hour with an additional 4%

2 weeks annual vacation

Increase after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following :

Vacuuming, dusting and washing floors

Emptying garbage's

Cleaning the mezzanine areas

Cleaning and sanitizing all bathrooms

Any other cleaning needs that may arise from time to time

The ideal candidate has the following :

Must complete a Ministry Criminal Record Check

Minimum of one-year experience as a housekeeper

Is capable of lifting 35 lbs.

Can work cooperatively with school staff

Is able to work with minimal supervision

Communicates respectfully, clearly and effectively

Is able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner

First Aid and WHMIS certificates an asset
