Overview :
Our client in Winnipeg, MB is looking for a Senior ERP Specialist resource for a 12+ mth contract to start with an extension, reference 176F-0324. The position can be remote.
What you will be doing :
Develop strategic plans and architectural approach using reference models, TOGAF, and presenting architectural review and briefing notes to senior management
Develop initial high level estimates for scoping, implementing and operating new solutions
Document the technical, security and non functional requirements for potential solutions
Provide technical input into the procurement of new solutions including assisting with the development of Request for Proposal / Quote documents
Develop detailed solution estimates based on vendor proposals for implementing and operating solutions Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to propose potential solutions both technical and nontechnical
Lead the translation of business requirements into solution architectures and design specifications Design solutions that recognize and adapt to the business, technical, and financial constraints Develop solutions that recognize IT operational limitations and opportunities
Document the effort, risk, costs, and complexity of potential solutions
Review or develop proposed solution architectures and ensure they align with overall enterprise architecture roadmaps, standards, designs, and strategies
What you must have :
Experience with enterprise level architecture, business transformation, service design and program management with at least two Canadian public sector organizations with more than 5000 employees
Minimum ten (10) years work experience within the last 15 years establishing governance and designing organizations to supports new processes, structures that result in business and technology transformation
Experience in developing strategic plans and architectural approach using reference models, TOGAF, and presenting architectural review and briefing notes to senior management
Minimum of ten (10) years experience with enterprise level architecture, business transformation, service design and program management with a minimum of at least two Canadian public sector organizations with more than 5000 employees
Minimum of ten (10) years experience within the last fifteen (15) years establishing governance and designing organization to support new processes, structure that result in business and technology transformation Experience in developing strategic plans and architectural approach using reference models, TOGAF, and presenting architectural review and briefing notes to senior management
Expert knowledge of Information Architecture principles and techniques, data management, data integration and data quality platforms and tools
Experience developing high level and detailed estimates for solutions Experience with the procurement and selection of new solutions
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple non-technical terms for various audiences Ability to adapt to change in dynamically evolving situations
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
