A leading marine service provider is seeking an HSQE Specialist to join their growing team. This role primarily involves supporting the HSEQ department in upholding health, safety, and environmental standards through compliance, risk assessment, and incident management.

Your expertise will be key in ensuring the company maintains high safety standards, fostering a proactive culture of safety across the organization.

The Role :

• Support development and implementation of H&S policies and perform incident investigations.
• Conduct risk assessments, onboard new hires with safety training, and provide program guidance.
• Manage incident claims documentation and contribute to audit processes.

Qualifications :

• Degree or Diploma in H&S or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial or transportation safety.
• Understanding of federal HSE regulations and auditing capabilities in the federal HSE context.
