One of our companies, Rainbow International, is looking for the right person to step into a partial ownership position and be the driving force within the company to take it to the next level.

The right person could run this company like their very own start up, think outside the box to develop a business acumen, and create an operating model that best fits today's environment.

There would be no up front costs and it would come complete with equipment and a customer base. Administrative duties would continue to fall under the parent company.

Rainbow International specializes in Fire, Smoke, Water, Flooding, Ice and Wind damage. Removing the old damaged materials and then renovating the space back to new condition.

Requirements

• A new team member is a jack-of-all trades who does construction, renovation, carpentry and has a background in restoration.
• The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn new skills and seek out new challenges.
• Hours may include nights, and weekends as we provide emergency services.
• Out of town travel could be a possibility
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving abstract is a must.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
• Detail oriented
• Identify potential safety or maintenance issues
• Good communication skills
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks.
• Job can be physically demanding including walking, standing, bending and crouching.
