Position Overview :

As an E-commerce Sales Support Champion, you’ll play apivotal role in providing exceptional customer sales support byhelping our customers purchase more effectively, introducing themto a wide range of products and offers, and providing technicalsupport on our e-commerce platforms.

This isn't just any serviceand support role it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of ahighly innovative and transformative initiative, where yourexpertise will directly influence our customers’ success and helpto build a strong and profitable online sales channel.

This is a nationwide opportunity. Thesuccessful candidate must be able to commute daily to one of ourBunzl Cleaning & Hygiene branches.

Salary : $40,000 to $50,000 depending onexperience

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Deliver unparalleled customer sales and technical supportthrough various channels including chat, email, andphone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries,orders, and product information to guarantee a seamless shoppingexperience.
  • Identify opportunities to sell ourcustomers more items and categories to help them be successful byoffering them companion products, innovations and own-brandalternatives.
  • Convert current manual orders toe-commerce orders by hand holding the customer ifrequired.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues andprovide innovative solutions to ensure seamless user experience ondigital platforms.
  • Act as a liaison betweencustomers and internal teams to convey feedback and suggestions forimprovement.
  • Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams to drive the success of the pilotproject.
  • Meet monthly targets to ensure thatpilot program is growing at a consistent rate.
  • Learn new tools and technology and providefeedback.

Qualifications :

  • Experienced customer service representative;interest in business development
  • Excellentcommunication skills with a passion for sales and deliveringexceptional customer experiences.
  • Strongproblem-solving abilities and a proactive approach tochallenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to be part ofan exclusive team and contribute to a transformativeproject.
