About the Role :

We're searching for a skilled and passionate Drafter to join our dynamic team. If you're someone who thrives on translating ideas into precise, high-quality fabrication drawings and enjoys working in a collaborative, innovative environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

• Create detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks
• Perform dimensional inspections to ensure part accuracy
• Collaborate on the bending and forming of sheet metal components
• Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Design sheet metal products in stainless steel and aluminum
• Produce assembly drawings with TIG and MIG welding specifications
• Utilize RADAN software for laser cutting (a plus, but not required)
• Ensure precision with measuring tools on the plant floor

What We're Looking For :

• A self-starter who is autonomous, detail-oriented, and organized
• Strong understanding of welding and sheet metal fabrication
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and a familiarity with RADAN software is an advantage
• Experience with sheet metal, bending, and forming techniques
• Hands-on knowledge of measuring tools in a production environment
• A team player who is punctual, dynamic, and motivated to excel

Job Details :

• Languages : English and French (bilingual preferred)
• Wage : $25.00 to $33.00 per hour, based on experience
• Reporting to : Planning Manager / President
