About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular part-time Donor Services Representative to join our dynamic Donor Centre team in Moncton, New Brunswick .
The Donor Centre team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services by collecting donor blood in a safe manner to enable safe products which save lives every day.
In this role, you will be providing excellent customer service by greeting donors, confirming appointments, rebooking donors at events, and serving potential donors.
Formula for success
This includes getting the computer and printer ready, ensuring the appointment schedule is printed and updating the booking system online.
At mobile events within our communities, you will assist in setting up booths, tables, and other equipment to ensure donor clinics are properly set up for use.

What you can expect
Shifts / hours will vary. You must be flexible to accommodate assigned shifts which are based on operational needs; length of shifts varies according to the event which takes place at Canadian Blood Services fixed and mobile donor centres.
Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
This role primarily serves our Moncton permanent donor centre on a 5 day a week basis. There may be occasional need to travel to mobile donor events with varying shifts, however, the role is primarily a set schedule of shifts 5 days a week.
