What you’ll do
Our Donor Services Representatives play an important role in ensuring donations are processed in a timely and accurate way and provide donors with exceptional experiences at all touchpoints.
We are currently recruiting for 1 full-time and 2 casual Donor Services Representatives. The responsibilities of these roles are similar, with the main difference being that the full-time role will have more responsibilities related to donor experience and service.

What you bring
As the successful candidate, you have a passion for customer service, systems and data and are excited to provide exceptional donor experiences.
You bring excellent organizational skills, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to schedule and prioritize work while balancing multiple projects and competing priorities in a busy and dynamic environment.
To complement this, you have a diploma or certification in professional administration or an equivalent and one year of related customer or administrative experience.
