Position Summary :

As the Division 7 Product Specialist in our Western Division, you play a crucial role in championing building envelope products.

Serving as the technical cornerstone for our sales team, architects, and engineers, you ensure the delivery of product solutions.

This role involves on-site technical support, guaranteeing the seamless integration of our products during construction.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to provide in-depth technical insights on Division 7 products during the sales process.

Ensure product recommendations align seamlessly with client requirements.

  • Architect & Engineer Collaboration : Engage with architects and engineers, offering specialist knowledge to guide product selection, application, and integration into their designs.
  • On-Site Field Support : Provide hands-on technical support at job sites, ensuring product installation aligns with specifications and resolving any on-site challenges related to our products.
  • Specifications Development : Create and refine Division 7 product specifications, ensuring they reflect current market trends and client needs.
  • Training : Conduct training sessions for the sales team, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure a deep understanding of our Division 7 product range.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement : Gather feedback from the field and work closely with product development teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Stay Updated : Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends and advancements in Division 7 building envelope products.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building materials industry, specifically focusing on Division 7 building envelope products.

Strong understanding of building envelope design, application, and integration.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to conduct on-site evaluations and offer solutions.

Proficiency in architectural software tools.

Working Conditions :

Frequent travel to client sites, architectural firms, and construction sites is expected. Some weekend or evening commitments may be required based on project needs.
