Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator at JTA Development Consultants in Vancouver, BC. The Project Coordinator will lead and collaborate with design and engineering professionals, help oversee project management, analyze project requirements, engage with the community, and manage day-to-day project activities.

We are growing and there is advancement. Our intention is for our team to contribute from their strength and to gain knowledge and experience across the full cycle project process.

Focus for current available roles with contract admin and planning phases currently.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Project Analysis, and Development Consulting skills
• Experience in leading complex zoning and community relations
• Ability to engage and coordinate with diverse professionals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of real estate development processes and regulations
• Bachelor's degree or related experience in Urban Planning, Design, Real Estate Development, Engineering, Construction or related field

Extended Benefits. Full-time Monday-Friday.
