Required Skills andExperience

• 15 years ofexperience in project and / or service delivery
• Ability to team effectively across a largeorganization to bring together high performing cross functionalteams to deliver services for customers
• Ability to represent a seamless customersolution by integrating multiple service areas
• Ability to manage and govern largebusinesstobusiness multiyear service contracts
• Ability to become a customer trusted advisorwho can recognize business needs and follow through to revenueexpanding wins
• Indepth knowledge of businesscontrols and cost accounting with ability to manage a largecontract P&L
• Bilingual French andEnglish
