Responsibilities :

• Pricing fire deficiencies and recommendations that are generated from the service inspections performed by our skilled sprinkler fitters.
• Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunities pertaining to retrofit projects and tenant improvements.
• Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings / specifications, developing Proposals, Securing purchase orders / contracts;
• Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades;
• Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews.
• Coordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change orders.

Qualifications :

• Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, or related field of study
• 3 - 5 years experience in Fire Alarm inspection, testing, maintenance and / or sales
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team
