We are looking for a Data Entry Supply Chain Clerk to join our Supply Chain Team in Dartmouth, NS. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining supply chain data in our systems and monitors the rate of sale for each type of product / components required by customers.

The Data Entry Clerk maintains inventory levels necessary to meet projected sales demands.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage Inventory Transfers.
• Collaborate with Sales team regarding available transferrable stock within the company.
• Manage and maintain product information in the system.
• Accurately enter and update data related to inventory levels, purchase orders, shipment details, and supplier information into the company’s supply chain management system

Requirements

• High school graduate plus college diploma or related certificate preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in related role
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills with an aptitude to learning new technology
• Documentation - proficient in the use of spreadsheet programs
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong data mining and analysis skills
• Must be fluent in English written and verbal
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
