KeyResponsibilities :
Data Entry :
- Accurately input data from various sourcedocuments into the company database.
- Updateand maintain existing data entries as required.
DataVerification :
- Verifythe accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing sourcedocuments.
- Identify and correct anydiscrepancies or errors found during the verificationprocess.
Data Maintenance :
- Organize and maintain digital and physicalrecords.
- Ensure data is backed up regularly toprevent loss.
Reporting :
- Generate and prepare routine reports from thedatabase.
- Assist with data analysis asrequired by management.
Confidentiality :
Maintain confidentiality of sensitiveinformation in accordance with company policies.
Communication :
- Collaborate with team members and otherdepartments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Respond promptly to data requests andinquiries.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentrequired.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills.
- Ability to work independently andmanage time effectively.
- Good communicationskills both written and verbal.
