Data Entry Clerk

Weare seeking four Data Entry Clerks to join our client s team withina government institution. This role is essential for maintainingaccurate records verifying and entering data and assisting withgeneral office duties.

The successful candidates will work in ahybrid setting with initial inoffice training followed by thepotential to workremotely.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $27.

6monthcontract with the possibility of extension up to 12months.

Fulltime role working36.25 hours per week.

Weekdayschedule : 8 : 15 am to 4 : 30 pm with a 1hour lunchbreak.

Flexibility to transitionto remote work after completingtraining.

Responsibilities :

Review licence documents to determine necessary reportingdata.

Accurately enter data intodatabases and Excel sheets.

Verify data submitted by external parties using the DigitalRegulatory Assurance System.

Contact external parties to validate and request data changes whennecessary.

Enter noncompliancerecords into the Digital Regulatory AssuranceSystem.

Provide additionaladministrative and office support asrequired.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

High School Diploma or GED.

Atleast 1 year of experience working in a teamenvironment.

3 years ofexperience using Microsoft Office Suitetools.

Ability to pay closeattention to detail and maintainaccuracy.

Strong organizationalskills and ability to prioritize tasksefficiently.

Experience with dataentry data validation andtroubleshooting.

Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborateeffectively.

Ability to interpretand validate data submissionsaccurately.

Judgment tact anddiplomacy when dealing withstakeholders.

Experience withdata governance privacy and compliance regulations(preferred).

Experience providingenduser operational system support(preferred).
