Job Description

Ensure the proper and timely logging of incoming clearance documentation, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Customs Brokerage department.

Field all methods of document turn over (fax, email, ftp) and log with timeliness and accuracy.

Major Responsibilities :

• Deliver Exceptional customer service
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Receive shipment notifications
• Review documents and prioritize
• Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts
• Support operations where needed
• Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year

Salary Range : $38,000.00 45,000.00

• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, Outlook and various PC based software
