Our client in SaaS is a recognized global leader in enterprise management software solutions to over 40 different vertical markets.
They are seeking Customer Success Specialists with an Accounting background to work under the Construction segment of their business.
Job Responsibilities :
Helping to manage a portfolio of 40-100 clients
Will be paired with a portfolio manager
Working within an ticketing system to answer any of the clients questions and / or concerns
Answering emails and booking meetings if a more complex issue arises
Will be assisting with adhoc duties; example writing articles for releases and preparing presentations for conferences
Assists with the presentation for the portfolio manager
80% of the role will is client support (mainly via email)
Top Requirements :
Accounting knowledge IS A MUST (You have to know what the software is doing on the back)
Understand debits and credits is A MUST
