Office is in Markham. Working from Office full time.

CANDIDATES SHOULD BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS. SHIFTS CAN ROTATE SOME WEEKENDS AND STATS WILL BE REQUIRED

Preferred Qualifications :

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Duration of contractor : months total ( x month Contracts). possibility of conversion to FTE depending on business needs

Support Call Center

Assists in processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and - years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
