Candidates will be in charge of greeting incoming conference guests with a friendly demeanour, offering directions and answering any questions they may have.

Required is a polished, professional and articulate individual with a friendly demeanor.

Duties and Responsibilities :

The key job functions are :

• Greeting international guests
• Directing them to shuttles and busses
• Answering general inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Working alongside the other customer service members to ensure all guests are taken care of

Experience :

Minimum of year experience in a Customer Service or similar role

Skills :

• Strong communication skills
• Friendly disposition
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot when needed
• Punctual and reliable
• Professional and articulate
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
