POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Whitby, ON. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for entering orders and interacting with customers.

The Customer Service Representative will work with team members in other departments, including finance, operations and sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Receive, process and verify the accuracy of customer orders utilizing SAP
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Manage internal and external phone / email inquiries
• Communicate with sales representatives to resolve order related issues
• Process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) and issue credit as needed

WHAT WE REQUIRE

High school diploma

WHAT WE PREFER

• 3 years’ industry experience preferred
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to resolve customer issues
• Bilingual in English and French
