Description :

Customer Service Representative interfaces with client customers of SharkNinja via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the Internet.

This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding Shark Ninja's product and / or services.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.
• High School or University
• Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office
• English speaking role
• $18.50 / hour
• Ability to work in Windows environment
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
