Protrans is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Leading Logistic company based in Oakville (Ontario)

Position : Customer Service Representative

Pay : $45000 to $50000 / year

Shift Timings : 8am to 4 : 30pm (Must be flexible to work in afternoons as well)

Close Intersection : Cornwall Rd & Ford Dr (Oakville)

Must have experience working as customer service in food processing environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Print Orders for Receivers / Shippers
• Have common knowledge of FEFO and shelf-life requirements
• Knowledge of the Food Industry and Rules and Regulations
• Always work to support GOP / GDP rules
• Responsible for contracting clients to inform them of any issues pertaining to inbound and outbound shipments
• Responsible for customer complaints and completion of waste disposal records
• Responsible for scanning / uploading BOLs
• Updating system and respond to customer inquiries
• Inform supervisors, managers and VP of any issues in a timely manner
• Print Purchase Orders

Qualifications :

• Office software platforms and systems.
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• 4 Years previous Customer Service Experience in logistics.
• Demonstrated commitment to Customer Service
• Self-Starter, focused, disciplined, and driven.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Warehousing and 3PL knowledge preferred.
