We are currently seeking an experiencedCSR / Office Admin. This role will assist customers by educating themon our products and services, answering questions, taking, andentering orders, utilizing & maintaining multiple softwareapplications including online order guides and basictroubleshooting, interacting and working with Bunzl’s internal teamincluding sales, service, procurement, warehouse & shipping,and management.

This role will also performvarious administrative and clerical tasks, helping to providesupport to all departments to ensure that services are provided inan effective and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will becomfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office,including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents andmore.

They will have the ability to work diligently andindependently to help maintain efficient office operations.Reliability and a strong work ethic with great communication skillsare a must.

Familiarity with all necessary office equipment andprocedures is also required.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide our clients with high level customerservice meeting / exceeding their needs.
  • Enterorders accurately into the system, checking for item accuracy andpricing, which can deviate by client.
  • Supportcustomers on our online ordering eComm system.
  • Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specificdestinations
  • Copy, file and maintain paper orelectronic documents and records
  • Receive, sortand distribute daily mail
  • Ordering officesupplies while maintaining inventory of stock
  • General Office Administration
  • Complete administrative work, following up withpurchasing or getting back to customers, with back orders orspecial orders.
  • Respond in an efficient andtimely manner to inquiries and requests relating to our variousproducts.
  • Provide customers with simplequotes.
  • Related duties involving customerservice contact, via telephone, email, fax or regularmail.
  • Must be able to work with minimalsupervision, while being proficient and working in a teamenvironment.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in similarrole
  • High school diploma required, relevantdegree or certification is preferred
  • Possess apositive attitude and be customer focused
  • TimeManagement Skills
  • Effective verbal andlistening communication skills
  • Proficient indealing with escalated customer service situations.
  • Proficient verbal and written communicationskills.
  • Ability to work under pressure,multitask with meticulous follow up and tight deadlines.
  • Solid crisis management, problem solving, administrativeand organizational skills required.
  • Fastlearner with initiative and a great work attitude.
  • Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office andWindows based software.
