KeyResponsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone email chator inperson interactions resolving inquiries issues and complaintsefficiently and courteously.
- Handle incomingcustomer calls and respond to queries about products servicespolicies and accounts.
- Maintain accuraterecords of customer interactions transactions comments andcomplaints in the CRM system.
- Follow up withcustomers to ensure satisfaction and resolution ofissues.
- Stay updated on product knowledgeservices policies and procedures to offer informedresponses.
- Collaborate with team members andother departments to ensure customer issues are resolvedefficiently.
- Strive to meet and exceedperformance metrics including response time resolution time andcustomer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communicationskills.
- Excellent problemsolving skills andattention to detail.
- Ability to managemultiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRMsystems.
