Coordinate and transmit information between customer requests and the regular operational process
Ensure the role of intermediary between operations, customers and carriers
Coordinate and communicate the receipt and dispatch of merchandise
Rigorously perform and maintain data and information in the WMS system
Manage, plan and follow up on customer returns and inbound and outbound transfers
Administer daily tasks and all other projects to assist the operations team
REQUIRED PROFILE
Sense of priorities and agility to accomplish tasks in a dynamic environment
Excellent sense of work organization
Strong ability to work with computer systems
Initiative and ability to work in a team and under pressure
Have interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator
