Customer Service Representative
Motion Concepts a medical device manufacturer is looking for a customer service professional with solid experience to support the sales process from quoting all the way through to shipping the final product.
Requirements of the position
- Quotations receiving, processing and tracking of RFQ’s (requests for quotation) and coordinating with the Customer in providing product knowledge.
- Co-coordinating customer issues such as order tracking, return processing, complaints and service parts and upgrading products.
- Processing of orders all the way through to invoicing, including shipping documentation, for North American and oversea shipment.
- Prepare and update various sales and tracking spreadsheets.
- Perform general administration tasks and support other departments if applicable
Qualifications
- College diploma in business related discipline preferred
- Previous CSR / Inside sales experience at least two years
- Familiar with ERP system Navison is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience using MS office software primarily with Excel intermediate to advanced
- Must be able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions and with attention to timelines and details.
- Enjoys working with others and being part of a team.
