Our client is currently staffing for MULTIPLE Customer Service Representative in Fredericton.

• Work Location : On-site, Fredericton, NB
• Start Date : November 18th
• Duration : 6 months
• Last Day for Interviews : October 31st
• Hourly Pay Rate : CAD $18.22

Training

• Duration : 4 weeks
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM AST

Hours of Operation

• Monday to Friday : 7 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 PM AST
• Saturday and Sunday : 10 : 00 AM to 10 : 00 PM AST
• Note : Agents should be prepared to work evenings and weekends, as day shifts are not guaranteed. Shift bids are based on monthly performance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer inquiries and resolve issues within established guidelines.
• Update accounts and complete billing transactions to rectify errors.
• Suggest additional or alternative products / services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain and enhance ongoing relationships with customers.
• Escalate calls as appropriate.
• Possess good knowledge of the Customer Care function.
• Analyze, exercise judgment, and show sensitivity to customer needs.
• Handle irate customers effectively under stressful situations.
• Demonstrate computer literacy and multitasking abilities.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Accept and act on feedback.
• Work flexible shifts and days.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service Delivery / Customer Contact Services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Customer Service Delivery professionals manage customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and improve service quality.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing solutions according to Service Level Agreements and maintaining company quality standards, ensuring timely resolution of complex customer care needs.
