We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Toronto team in the dynamic Liberty Village.

The ideal candidate needs to be a skillful communicator and problem solver with vast knowledge of the print industry.

What You'll Do

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and online chat
• Liaising with customers and our in-house teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring order, product, and service inquiries are adequately attended to
• Remaining up to date with Jukebox's products and services
• Front-of-house reception duty as needed.

What You Need

• Customer Support : 3 years (call center, hospitality, retail, or similar positions)
• Print / Graphic Communications : 1 year

Bonus

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Bachelor's Degree

Work Schedule :

The Customer Service Representative position is full time and working hours are Monday-Friday from 10AM-6PM.
