Binge Bins seeks full-time Customer Service Associates to work in our busy London South location. The successful candidates will have retail experience and will understand the importance of providing superior customer service that will build positive relationships.

They enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and can efficiently receive stock and get it to the sales floor promptly.

You will be an integral member of the team who can focus on all parts of the business.

Our full-time Customer Service Associates should have open availability and can work store opening, and closing shifts as well as weekends.

Hourly rate starts at $16.55 per hour.

About the role

This position will play an integral role in the operation of the store; they are expected to be trained in all aspects of the business

What you"ll do

You will maintain a presence on the sales floor, helping customers with inquiries, ringing in sales at the Customer Service desk, helping to receive shipments, and bringing new stock out on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is a requirement
• Previous retail is a plus
• Must speak and understand English
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Must not have been convicted of a criminal offence unless they have received a pardon
