We are a gadgets store that offers numerous different technology products such as laptops, cellphones, gaming accessories, mobile accessories etc.

Our mission is to provide a high-level of customer service and experience to our clients. We are looking for candidates that are outgoing, energetic, goal oriented, driven, and eager to grow and learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting and welcoming new customers and long-time customers to the store.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly. Able to lift up to 25-30lb boxes.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Recommending products based on customer’s needs, requirements and budget.
• Maintain a strong understanding about product inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Minimum 2 year of retail sales experience
• Working knowledge of technology products
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Job Type : Full-time and part-time

Salary : From $18 per hour
