THE OPPORTUNITY

BBE is actively seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Agent . This role is responsible for directly supporting and onboarding customers to our self-managed shipping platform called MyBBE.

As a Customer Support Agent you work to ensure BBE’s core values are evident in all that you do, and you think like an expediter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support customers with onboarding and training of MyBBE. Handle customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about the system and be confident in providing education and support to customers.
  • Manage shipments for clients and provide proactive tracking updates.
  • Offer the desired information by arranging webinars and training and providing detailed information about MyBBE through articles, videos, and other ways.
  • You will gather customer feedback to share with the team with the objective of creating a better solution for customers.
  • You will keep clients up to date on new features.
  • Communicate effectively (cross functionally) to ensure work is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Approve invoices from carriers and manage job files in our ERP system.
  • Promote the service and brand of BBE and MyBBE in the marketplace.
  • Communicate options, information, and expectations to customers in a timely manner.
  • Go above and beyond expectations with an extra mile’ mindset.
  • Work with a tone and energy that conveys positivity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

CORPORATE COMPLIANCE DUTIES

  • Actively participate in QHSETR programs and systems, including ISO 27001
  • Contribute to and foster clear and direct communications, education, and enhancement of customer service with operations teams and clients.
  • Contribute to BBE’s continuous improvement and organizational efficiency goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Logistics / Supply Chain education preferred.
  • Previous work experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.
  • Experience with learning different systems, understanding technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skill.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency.
