Position Summary
The Customer Operations Admin Representative is responsible for handling all inbound / outbound documentation to the Pickering Office and ensure scanning and archiving in our system of record.
Manage checks daily deposits and prepare / courier VCCI cheques to vendors and customers.
Role Responsibilities
Receive and identify all checks (Purolator, UPS, Canada Post) to ensure correct account is associated with payment. Prepare, sort and process daily deposit.
Print and courier VCCI checks.
Open, sort and scan inbound mail, including funding and Transfer of equity packages, to store a copy in our system of record.
Archives documents into a folder to be sent for outside storage.
