We're on the hunt for a dedicated *Customer Loyalty Specialist*. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.
You'll be the front line in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and experience the full value of our treatments.
- Responsibilities*
- Assist front desk staff in the book of new clients + increasing the number of leads that are confirmed to new patients.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure new offers are understood and translated by the front desk team.
- Follow up calls with clients that have dropped off the schedule to understand any concerns. Help to reactivate dropped off clients.
- Dealing with customer complaints on the phone and in the clinic. Referring complaints to the appropriate person.
- Measure the effectiveness of various customer loyalty programs such as referral programs.
- Increase the number of 5 star reviews.
- Requirements and Skills*
- Experience working in a front desk medical of physiotherapy experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer behavior data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
- Proficiency in computer software such as EMR + Excel + Outlook and other such platforms.
