About Us : Our client is a leading development company specializing in high-rise and hospitality projects. They are known for their commitment to creating vibrant communities and are looking for a motivated and organized Senior Project Coordinator to join their team at the head office in Vaughan.
Key Responsibilities :
- Regularly visit active job sites to provide guidance and support to the Customer Service team on a rotating schedule.
- Track and review outstanding correspondence lists in collaboration with on-site Customer Service Representatives.
- Maintain and generate monthly reports on outstanding correspondence to ensure compliance with all warranty deadlines.
- Attend homeowner inspections alongside Service Representatives when needed.
- Manage and oversee any Conciliation Requests.
- Supervise Service Technicians’ schedules and the quality of their work.
- Coordinate and participate in Customer Service meetings and other relevant gatherings.
- Inspect homes on the day of occupancy to confirm they meet our quality standards.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers as needed.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic construction environment.
- Must have knowledge of Tarion Warranty guidelines.
- Capable of reviewing warranty letters and making informed decisions for appropriate delegation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.
Compensation :
- A competitive salary package based on experience (range : $95K to $105K).
- Includes a company vehicle.
