RÔLE

En tant que coordonnateur.trice de production, tu auras la responsabilité d’assister les producteurs.trices dans la planification et le bon déroulement des projets du début du processus jusqu’à la livraison.

Autonome et débrouillard.e, tu seras en mesure de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et de composer avec des priorités changeantes.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Exécuter les approbations juridiques (NCP, ThinkTV);
  • Établir le calendrier de production avec la productrice;
  • Gérer les horaires de production;
  • Coordonner les calendriers, les castings et les communications avec les agents d’artistes et fournisseurs;
  • Superviser les cahiers de préproduction et de présentation en cours de projet;
  • Assurer le suivi de la facturation des pigistes et des fournisseurs;
  • Exécuter et suivre les plans de projets via Mavenlink;
  • Remplir les contrats UDA et ACTRA au besoin, gérer le renouvellement de talents.

REQUIS

  • Baccalauréat en communications ou dans un autre domaine connexe;
  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en production, idéalement en agence;
  • Bonne compréhension des étapes de production et post production
  • Connaissance des ententes UDA et ACTRA;
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office dans un environnement MAC;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (Collaborateurs et clients à l'échelle internationale).

ROLE

As a production coordinator, you’ll be responsible for helping producers plan projects and make sure they go smoothly, from start to delivery.

You should be resourceful and able to work independently to manage multiple projects at once and juggle changing priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process production requests
  • Secure legal approvals (NCP, ThinkTV)
  • Make and keep track of the production calendar
  • Manage production schedules
  • Coordinate calendars, casting sessions, and communications with artist agents and suppliers
  • Ensure preproduction and presentation books are kept up to date
  • Coordinate freelancer and supplier invoicing
  • Create and keep track of project plans using Mavenlink
  • Fill out UDA and ACTRA contracts as needed, manage talent renewals
  • Project coordination both in production and post-production

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in production, ideally in an agency setting
  • Good understanding of the production and post-production stages
  • Knowledge of the UDA and ACTRA agreements (an asset)
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite in an Mac environment
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (International collaborators and customers).
