Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a full-time, creative and passionate Cook who wants to offer an exceptional culinary experience to residents.

Permanent, full time days, every other weekend. From 8 : 00 to 4 : 00 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
• When appropriate, collaborate with the chef in the creation of the menus by proposing ideas
• Perform other related duties
• Assemble plates of food
• Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food
• Supervise the preparation of cold meals and desserts
• Peel and cut vegetables for meals

Required qualifications :

• Good team player
• A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
